Call for papers

Authors are invited to submit an abstract in English by January 18, 2019. Each abstract is expected to explain the substantial points of the paper, clearly stating the objectives, results and conclusions of the work to be presented. It should not exceed one page and should be more than a half page, no figures and extensive references are expected for abstract.  Authors can register and submit abstract by clicking to the upper left corner and by making an account there. One can download the template in "author's center" for abstract submission.The optional full paper less than 6 pages can be uploaded when you get the notification of abstract acceptance from the organizer by February 15,2019.
